Get Well Soon- Tea Bag card

I saw this idea in a magazine, and had to make a card like this with a real tea bag. SO very simple. I used some scraps from the Scholastic paper pack and the red tag is from the Art Philosophy Cricut cartridge (page 26) cut at 1-1/2".

HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY!!

I sent out all my 4th of July cards a week ago, and realized I missed one of my good friends. SO....I created this card with the Honeycomb Flair (C1537) stamp set. Cardstock used was Cranberry and Outdoor denim. The sentiment was from the old retired July Word Puzzle.

Summer Cards

It is SO hot today in Roseville, so I decided to stay in where the fans and air conditioning is and make a few cards to replenish my "stash". The card on the left is made with a washi tape combo pack I purchased on HSN a while ago, and love how easy it is to make background paper with it. The card on the right is made with the CTMH Later Sk8r paper pack (X7167B) and the Life is Good stamp set.

AMAZING CARD............!

I was inspired by a card from this months Paper Crafts Magazine, and decided to pull out some older stamps and made this "Amazing" card in about 5 minutes. I used the "Life is Good" promo stamp CC1020 and "You Are" S1024 stamp set for the Amazing sentiment. I also stamped the "Every Day is an Adventure" on the corresponding chip board shape. WAH LAH!!

Happy Easter...Bunny!

I found a card like this one on Pinterest, and found it very easy to make using my Cricut Art Philosophy cartridge. The face is a round circle that I trimmed to fit the corner. Cut this at 3 1/2". The ears are an oval cut at 1 3/4" and the pink card stock is cut at 1 1/2" to fit inside. The nose is a 1/2" heart shape. I drew the whiskers and eyes. Happy Easter everyone!

St Patricks Day card...a little late!

Okay- I am a bit late this year, so will have to place in my stash for next year! I punched these shamrocks out and used the CTMH Epoxy Bubbles on them. The stamp set is retired (March Word Puzzle). The concept is what I was going for, a heart of shamrocks....

Let's Hang Out- Hot Air Balloon Card

This card was made with the Avonlea paper pack from CTMH. The hot air balloons and clouds were cut from the Cricut Artiste cartridge. The sentiment is from "Pun Fun Occasions" C1505.

Happily Ever After Card

I LOVE anything with owls, and this card was a fun one to make. I used the retired stamp set Soul Mates for the sentiment, and the Whoo's your Valentine owl stamp for the owls. The glitter paper is from the Whoo's your Valentine set as well.

Easter Layout

Yes, I am all ready to pop my Easter photos into this layout using Claire paper pack. The butterflies were cut out from the Cricut Art Philosophy cartridge, and the font and navy flowers were cut from Cricut Artiste.

Pocket Card

This pocket card is perfect to house a tag with your sentiment and another tag for a gift card. I used the Buzz and Bumble paper pack (can you tell I love this set?) and embellished with buttons and the burlap ribbon. The pinwheel was made with the Cricut Artiste. The card is 5x7 in size and the tags are cut from Cricut Art Philosophy cartridge. The larger Happy Birthday tag ivory colored base is 5" then I layered the brown paper at 4 3/4" and honeycomb yellow is cut at 4 1/2". The smaller bee tag brown base color is 4 1/4" and layered with the bee paper cut at 4".

Buzz and Bumble Workshop Layout

I created this Buzz and Bumble layout with elements in the new Workshop On The Go (G1054). The stamp set you see here is an exclusive to this kit, (not sold separately in the CTMH Spring catalog). It is darling...and features the BEE and the "Wonderful Beautiful You" sentiment. It also has "You are My Happy" stamp set. So cute! I used the Enjoy Life (C1439) stamp set for the vintage-y looking edges. Ink used was Saddle, Honey and Chocolate. Other accessories used were Foundry pins (Z1612), antiqued Gold buttons (Z1786), burlap ribbon ((Z1760) and Brown and Tan assortment bling (Z1753).

Claire Swing front card

I had fun making this front "swing" card. Just stamp a sentiment under the front cut out greeting, and attach with a brad. I think it's always great to send a card that creates interaction.

YOU ROCK- VALENTINE BLING!

I haven't posted in a LONG time here....and am excited to be back! I plan to do a few more Valentines and post them before I pop them in the mail. I really enjoy sending Valentines out. This one is the first one I made this year with rhinestone scraps. I used the stamp from the CTMH YOU ROCK stamp set.

OWL- OH HAPPY DAY card

I love this happy OWL card made with the owl punch from Stampin' up. Its the only product I have ever bought from SU, as it was hard to resist. Love the fun colors on this one.

Golf Birthday card

My Aunt is a serious golfer, and her birthday is on February 13th. I found this card idea on pinterest, and HAD to make it for her. Super easy card.

Let's Go "GLAMPING" !!

Okay, my dear dear friend, Becky is turning the big "60"! So I asked her what kind of party she wanted, and it didn't surprise me that she wanted a girls camping trip. So, of course it wouldn't be a camping trip without GLAM or BLING right? I made a GLAMPERS survival kit for each gal. This was a fun a really inexpensive project. Only $20 for everything you see here! I went to Dollar tree and got flashlights (made GLAM GLOW tags for them) and then I covered shampoos and conditioners that were free from past hotel stays and labeled them with "Glam Sham and Glam Shine"- also covered soap and called it "GLOAP" (yes, that means Glammer soap!) The covered water bottles will have candy to stuffed in them. Lastly, a glammer gal can't go camping without WET WIPES, so I covered them with tissue and a fun boa and called it Glam Rags. I can't wait for the party!!

SPoOky Banner with Moonlight

I have never tackled a banner before, and since I am WAAAY into Halloween, this one will get plenty of use! I used old sheet music to cut the the pinwheels on my Cricut and cut spooky characters with the EEK button on the Artiste.

WHOO LOVES YOU...and a few SWING CARDS!

I spent the afternoon playing with my Cricut Artiste...so addictive! I made the swing cards (so easy and adds quick dimension to a boring old card) from page 52- and created them at 6 1/4". The OWL card is made from the image on page 76 all at 4". I stamped WHOO LOVES YOU on the inside. I definitely got a jump on my Halloween cards today. So much fun!

Christmas cards with a few scraps and buttons

I often have JUST a few little scraps of a favorite paper pack and love to use them for a card. These cards were made with the LAST scraps I had of the new Pear and Partridge paper and the ornament one is made with a few buttons. I saw a few cards similiar on Pinterest, and it inspired me to put together a couple of cards.
