Another WASHI WONDER card

Can you tell I am obsessed with this new Hostess Stamp Set? So...I simply created the card on the left by stamping random washi stamps in Honey, Clover Green and Twilight. I used some old Dotty paper for the card on the right with a irresistable chipboard and a few buttons.

Project Inspirations: A Different Spin

I'm in love with these spinners for either cards or layouts, they are so fun! Check out how easy it is to stamp them or cut paper to fit the wheel!

Washi Wonder- Rainbow Card

This WASHI WONDER stamp set was my favorite stamp set in the new Idea Book! So fun and easy to create the look of tape on a project. I cut the clouds from the Cricut Artiste cartridge at 2" and 1-1/4" on page 70. I cannot wait to use this washi stamp on a layout!

Distressed Thank You Card

Today I was playing with stamps and since I am waiting on my new paper packs to arrive, I decided to use the new distressed Backgrounds stamp set (D1544) instead of B&T papers. The stamp set used for the Seeds is from the Buzz and Bumble Workshop on the Go stamp set. Colors used were Outdoor Denim, Honey,Olive and Terracota.

Vintage Christmas......OOOH!

Well it is Christmas in July in my studio..for sure! I had fun with this one, using scraps from an old paper pile, and adding buttons, tags and a brad.

Yuletide Greetings

So I just have been in the mood to make Christmas/Holiday cards lately! I love pine trees and pine needle cards. Since CTMH doesn't currently have a pine tree stamp, I took the pine needle wreath with bow in the new Yuletide Greetings stamp set (D1553) and masked the corners to get a dropping type spray. To mask, you simply place scotch tape over the area you don't want to show when you stamp and ink the stamp, peel the tape and stamp image. I stamped the corner of the pine wreath 4 times to get this effect.

Monochromatic Card- LOVE LIFE

LOVED this idea from fellow consultant, Shirley Ross. Monochromatic card with one of my favorite stamp sets LOVE LIFE (D1482). I used Sweet Leaf ink for the green card, Cotton Candy for the pink and Sunflower for the yellow. The tags are cut from Art Philosophy at 1-3/4' and 1-1/2" respectively.

Flower Pot card

This card was easy to make. I stamped the leaves with A GARDEN stamp set (A1119 and only $6.95). The flowers are from Stampin' Up and really set this off. Its a very "happy" card!

July Stamp Of The Month

You're a Peach! What a fun stamp set. I have been on a roll making SIMPLE cards (not a lot of embellies) which is so hard for me to do. I always want to add a ribbon, or buttons or something. BUT..this card is better left alone. This stamp set is only $5 with any $50 purchase from CTMH for the month of July! GO GET IT!!

Another Christmas Card!

Today I went through my old scraps of paper and dug up a few treasured pieces of Avonlea, and made this Christmas card. The wreath is just a M Stewart branch punch that I glued down with liguid glass.

Sympathy Card

I used the CTMH Love Blooms stamp set (C1511)on this simple sympathy card to make the background paper.

Sail Away With Me

I am LOVING the Sail Away stamp set (C1530)! I used the rope in the set to make the background paper, and added some twine and durables Artisan Studs (Z1816) for the center of the anchors.

Stacked SNOWMAN card....to EARLY?

Well, I am waiting on my CTMH order to arrive, so I decided since we have had 7 straight days of OVER 100 degree weather, that I would make a SNOW card. This snowman is stacked with pop dots, and I used Flakey Friends (C1506) Stamp set and his arms are from the Arbor Wooden Shapes.

They should just call it CRACK

I dusted off an old stamp set to make this silly coffee card! The inside reads, "I wanted to espresso my appreciation"!

Chantilly Cards

I have been on a roll lately in my studio, and was inspired by fellow consultant, Julie Carriere with a Chantilly card she made for her roomies at convention, so I pulled out my Chantilly paper and started creating! The card on the left is stamped with the Country Born stamp set (so stinkin' cute that set is!- D1543) and the other card is stamped with the sentiment from Fabulous You (C1533).

Wheel of Life- "Spinner Cards"

I LOVE this "Wheel of Life" stamp set (D1545). I placed an order for the spinner chip boards with removable arrows (Z1832), but couldn't wait to post a pic of this because they don't arrive until later this week- (So I used some spinner arrow stash). BUT you get the idea, these cards are so fun and I love that they are interactive! I used the Tommy paper pack (X7169B) for the 4th of July card and used the Dream Pop paper pack with irresistible letters for the "girlie" card.
